Not really. Mostly people whining about how the current advertiser interface sucks. The gist of the changes being made are: Ad placement will be now based on CTR and Quality Index scoring. Quality index will be made up of many factors including, ad copy and keyword history. Geo Targeting - US & Uk only to start. Dynamic keyword insertion. No further mention of international publishers in the announcement.
MAN. I used to dream of having Yahoo ads on some of my sites in OCtober 2005. And still I am hanging here. So now I have already gave up. This may be like that "The Grapes are Sour" story.
