YPN for Non-US Residents Loophole!

If Yahoo allows US company to sign up YPN program, we have a good way to get inside YPN here. You simply form a Limited Liability Company (LLC) in US and use its info to sign up in YPN. I'm going to try it, but I wonder if any of you have success in doing this.

It costs about $500 to $1000 a year to form a LLC in US and to rent a real street address to forward mails to you. Yahoo will send checks to your US address and forwarded to your local address. To cash them out, you'll need matched company name; therefore, you will have to register your US LLC in your country and open a local bank account for it. You may wonder why not open a US bank account for your LLC and have earnings direct deposited. To open a US bank account (personal or corporate), you will have to fly to US and open in person. If you can afford a couple of grands, that's fine.

As for the taxes, you may have to pay around 6% or maybe not at all. I'm not a lawyer, but I know LLC tax is passed on to individual. In Florida, Delaware, Nevada or Wyoming, you may not be taxed since they don't collect personal income tax, and you're in fact non-American. I'm not quite sure about this.

Now, what do you think? Have any of you tried this?

This has been discussed already. If you want to throw away thousands for a slim-none chance at getting into YPN go ahead. Remember even legitimate US residents can't get in...

Wow, dumb, risky? I think you don't know what you are talking! It is legal to form LLC in the States and it is totally legal and risk free to sign up in YPN using your LLC. What's the risk, may I ask?

Maybe you don't even know that you can form LLC online legally. US allows non-us resident to form company in their States.

So you think non-us resident who form LLC in USA is illegitimate? Dude, do you even know US government allows non-us to form LLC?

I think it's enough here. Lots of stupid people who don't understand the subject matter. I suggest you people do a google search on "non-us" or "US LLC" before talking sh*t, because you sounds DUMB saying that doing business abroad is illegal.

i think the risk is in going thru all that effort and money with no guarantee of even getting into YPn .. then, even if you do get in, you risk not making back all the money you invested because YPN is so lame they can't deliver a targeted ad..

I won't try it. To even think about something like that, we should have thousands of dollars in monthly earnings through advertisements on our website.

OK, so let's say it's not risky, and you get accepted by YPN.

Now what? You waste 500-1000 bucks per year just to get into YPN? What's the point?
You will not make with YPN much more then what you make with Adsense, surely not 500-1000$ more, unless you have huge amount of traffic, but if so, just sell ad space and you'll make even more money.

Plus the risk, no matter if it exists or not, makes it really unworthy.

Why to even go for YPN in that case, better go to adsense as a non US resident, and they will accept it - as simple as that. (Of course it's possible if you are not banned from adsense for life time)
