YPN Doesn't Like July

Has anybody seen a lower RPC for the month of July? My earnings have falling this month like no other. Is it normal for the month of July to perform this bad?

 

I am getting between .20 to .25 cents, major drop for me.

Have gone from $1.15 per click in May, to $0.85 per click in June to $0.64 per click in July. But the weird thing is that my CTR has increased from 22.1% to 24.4% to 26.3%. Helps a bit.

 

Summer months are always bad for me -- lower advertising competition (lower PPC), and lower traffic (people on vacations).

 

I hope it gets back to normal on August.

 

Generally July and August are slow months on the net.

PS: I didn't say for everyone. It varies mostly on the category you are focusing. Generally markets are slow. Studies and research has shown that the normal public spends their savings on vacation and related markets. Shopping for summer related items is usually on the rise. (I don't have the links handy to prove at this time)

 

I have been the highest I have ever been over the past week. Not sure why.

 

Yes, July has been very good for me too.

 

This has been my lowest month so far, dramatic decrease in revenue.... That's actually why I came into this section, to see if anyone else has seen the same thing. Apparently, you have. We'll see what happens in the future.

I have NEVER known anyone with a CTR that high that hasnt been banned. Not saying you are doing anything but to obtain a CTR that high is unheard of here.

1 out of every 4 impressions is a click.....Damn..

i know of lots of one page sites that do over 20%

 

July has been my best month so far this year...

 

i had .89 a click in may, .83 in june, and now .65 in july.

the decrease is hurtin my pockets

 

July stinks for me, but it's better than nothing .

 

we are seeing a big drop also. For july - $0.47

 

I'm seeing a drop, however my ctr seems to be staying the same- 0.3%

I will pay good money if anyone can help me get that above 1%...pm me

 

Slow for my arcade site this month. Same CTR, but 1/2 the RPC.

 

july has been good for me.. ive gone from .46 cents a click to a $1.61 it goes up and down but usually between that...
