Try to tell that to the few hundred people that have gotten terminated. It is not fair for Yahoo to allow this, since others were terminated. This guy needs to get in trouble for what he is doing. It is not fair on YPN to terminate people for no reason, and let this guy get away with targeting high paying ads and putting images next to ads. Its just not fair to the rest of us that have gotten terminated in the past.....

Instead of trying to get others terminated for something... which IMHO isn't the publishers fault, contact the advertisers who are spending thousands with YPN and enlighten them as to where and how their ads are showing.

That is the only way things will change, when advertisers jump ship!

Otherwise I say, use images, target "medical services" and generally play in the grey areas as this is what YPN created themselves.

its not fair, its not fair, its not fair. give me a break! life isnt fair. whats not fair is a child being born addicted to crack. that isnt fair. some guy taking advantage of the system so he can make a couple dollars more per day? come on. if the guy isnt converting, he will get nailed. if he is violating tos, he will get a notice to correct it. hes not going to get terminated because you think its not fair and want the whole world to know that he is still in the program and you are not. you've fulfilled your "misery loves company" duty. you posted his url, you pointed out "what you feel" is a violation and ypn reps have seen it. its out of your hands.

of course, easier for me to say since i dont violate tos at all on my network of sites. and im still in the program, at least today. if i do get term'd i most certainly am not going to go hunting and complaining that this other site was allowed to stay in the program. i have already moved on, ypn is just cream in my coffee and i like my coffee black anyway.

What is this 4th grade? Did Bobby steal your pencil? Worry about your self idiot. Obviously they haven't banned him for a reason, maybe his ads are converting, and maybe they are making good money off of him.

Seriously I'm so fuggin sick of hearing tattle tails starting threads. OMG I saw someone run a red light today, and I called the police, and they didn't do anything about it!!!

why dont you look up his info, contact him yourself and tell him what you are doing and why. instead of complaining, why dont you help him out by pointing out his mistake. he obviously isnt a member here and is deaf dumb and blind to your rants. instead of being an ahole, go be a pal and do a good deed.

the world is the way it is because ppl choose to cause negative energy instead of helping others and creating positive. "only you can prevent forest fires... only you" damn, didnt you learn anything as a kid?

Why are you wasting your time? I mean do something productive.
Why are you so dedicated to YPN? The company who in your words "refused to pay you a dime"?

So you are spinning your wheels emailing/contacting YPN when in the end it doesn't help your cause?
    What a waste.

Take the same energy and put it into something which will benefit you. Or donate your time to a good cause. There are plenty of charities who could use your help.

In my opinion, the more people terminated in the beta, the more people that will be let back into their program when it launches. If a lot of people complain about the BS they are doing (terminating accounts for no reason), they might be more lenient with it....

Hate to say it, but they are still violating the TOS. It has been almost 2 weeks now since YPN received my message, and I posted this thread, but YPN refuses to enforce their TOS.... Is this why YPN sucks?

Yep it does, you have done your part and there is nothing you or I can do about it. May be that is the "quality of traffic" they are looking for so Leave it and move on. YPN will never come of beta.

i hope you are right digiseek. the longer ypn stays in beta, the better it is for me and the few people who know how to use it.

and again, only ypn knows whether a site should stay or go from the program, regardless of "tos violations". i stand by what i said. they could have a big giant bold +7 font saying CLICK MY ADS - if they convert well for advertisers, ypn is going to let it go.

Wow, now ianag.com is targeting high paying loan/debt/credit ads. They were using medical, and then they died (I was watching them), now the newer targeted ads are up now. See how its not converting guys??
