their own website which says they will answer your calls but when you call you get a recording and then your call gets dropped while "continuing to hold" also they have not replied to any emails. this happens every time there is an "update". call this number andd see if your call gets dropped. 866.785.2636... while you are on "hold" Yahoo will hang up on you
Maybe they have so many incoming calls during the updates their phones cant handle it... Or maybe they realize that people are, by nature, complainers and don't want to have to deal with it. people who are generally upset will take the time to call the next day don't you think?
if they are going to drop your call they should not ask you to "hold" in the first place. they should just say goodbye or c u. also this does not exlpain why they are ignoring emails.
Strange you are having this problem - YPN staff has always responded to my emails very quickly - the last one being yesterday. Maybe the issue you are having is complex and needs additional time to be resolved?
there is no excuse for this treatment. google at least will send you a rude email telling you you got the boot.
You know this from personal experience? If all your sites are showing white boxes, you are likely banned. If you are banned again, nothing is going to get resolved on a Saturday. They have always responded to emails, but it sometimes takes a business day.
Yahoo has always answered my questions withing 24hours of sending an e-mail. I have been very happy with their support so far.
Alot of people are having problems via YPN, and Ive noticed the people who are not having problems are the ones who are making making alot of money a day/monh via ypn. 100 - 200 a day guys.. thats just an assumption
I'm not experiencing no problem's with the ads, maybe it's just some people, who knows. But mine are showing up just fine.
I'm going to wait until I talk to them Monday before posting more. Sorry, I was a little upset before. I dont think I've been banned. I have not done anything wrong and I have not gotten any emails from them.
That's not true. I emailed them asking a question and they asked me to call support if I needed any further help.
Because it wasn't settled and someone posted before me. I don't check the thread date if it's at the top of the thread list.
