YPN? Cant register

everytime i go on ypn, i go to get started and takes me to a page

... i cant get past that, any ideas?

 

Yes i also get this loading for ever :S how do we even apply for a publisher spot?

When u click apply now, nothing loads it just stays on a blank white page with

and nothing happens.
