    I agree with you, I don't think it's geotargetting.

    And I don't know about you, but I don't think that really is a brief outage. 4 hours withouht checking my stats. That's going to be hard.

    I didn't. It's most likey not changes a regular publisher can see, but more of something for them perhaps?
