YPN and Puerto Rico

    Someone here from Puerto Rico using YPN? please contact me.

    I just saw a directory website from Puerto Rico. I thought PR was international because I have applied for more than a year and I received a reply that they will send a notice later when YPN is open to everyone.

    If you have a SSN then you are able to apply, if you are still rejected then they are not interested in you joining the BETA test. Not because of your location but because of other reasons such as your site's.
