YPN and Porn/Adult Games = TOS Breaking?

I found a site with a TON of adult games on with YPN ads on the pages.

Is that crap allowed under YPN's TOS?? I dont think it is...

 

I am not sure, i have seen a rise in adult ads that YPN have been showing over the last week or so. As they would be targeted to pages like this maybe they are allowed.

 

But, Their TOS says that you cant put ads on pages with adult content, but everyone is anyway. Do you think they are terminating people for this or not??

 

Adult contents, but this is just games, adult sites means they have nudes, real sex action, pics, movie downloads, dialers and a lot of stuff .

That means adult content period, it doesnt say anything about "adult websites", it says "adult content", which means those games are against their TOS because they have "adult content" on them

 

inferno, you keep posting websites that are "violating" the tos, why dont you let yahoo deal with this and not you? are you that bored that you go around looking for yahoo TOS violations?

Oh and also, i bleive you own http://xgamerx.net/ and it is infact aginst the yahoo TOS to put images by the advertisments

I was searching for a game site to play arcade games on, and this site was found in msn. When I went to it, it showed "top games", and they were nothing but adult games.

I was just wondering, I was not trying to get anyone in trouble

You're not allowed to advertise/show YPN ads on sites with adult content, but many game scripts that offer turnkey arcade sites have "adult themed" games pre-installed that could pass as "cartoon porn".
