Ok so I have played around with this for months and it makes a huge difference in the amount of money I am getting per click. I know that it's good practice to target ads relative to the sites content but I am wondering if there are certan categories that pay more than others. If so whats the most profitable category to list in.
yes, some pay more than others...however, most people will not tell what their best niche is, because that leads to direct competition...for example, I have one website that regularly gets around 8$/click, and I don't tell anyone what website that is, because that would lead to competition...my advise...find a niche that you are knowledgeable about, create a good site, get traffic, and the amount per click won't matter as much...
I have great sites about 38 in total. Some have 3500 to 4000 unique a day but still cant seem to break the $50 a day mark.
Now after the shutdown last night, ad targeting is even worse than it was..... Im getting ads for sump pumps on an all flea fact site............
Do you guys notice big changes in $ from day to day. Some days for me are as low as $15 and some as high as $40. Strange....
