My last correspondence with YPN was they are still accepting limited beta accounts and YPN will be available to the general public by the end of 2006.

I wouldent be surprised if they are not accepting more publishers at the moment, they are running low on advertising inventory. I also think they are going to push back the launch date.

They are accepting, it's just really hard to get in. That's why you have people actually selling their invites here.

I recently submitted 2 of my sites to YPN not once but twice and I got the same reply both times. It was just a generic reply that they send everyone who doesn't get in.

Both of my sites are entertainment sites and I image this category is probably flooded. However, if you had a site of a less saturated category you might still be able to get in.

There arent anymore people that sell invites. No one is getting invites. This was back last year that a few people got invites.

I'm not even sure if it's worth getting into anymore anyways. My cousin has an account with them and his earnings have dropped off significantly. He went from $25/day off of YPN to something like $3/day. He was actually considering using Google ads instead.
