    What I don't get, even though I know it might have TM issues. Why can't you make a website that is similar to the name of someone else's without getting "charged" if I may say that. I mean, I could make facebooklet.com or googles.com <-- already taken and used btw.

    long time back there was a story about utube.com trying to sue youtube.com saying they own rights to youtube.com because most of people type utube instead of famous youtube, but the case failed.
