Bad news. I uploaded a video on YouTube and the sound is coming after people talk, it's like slowed down the sound Not good, not good.....
Videos should be no more than 1-2 minutes. People won't sit still for more. I can get exposure on YouTube for even high-profile keywords. I don't know exactly why...but I'm not complaining. I thought YouTube was all tapped-out, but I'm telling you--it's not. Here's a nice little secret: Create multiple YouTube accounts and upload the same video. YouTube has no way of detecting if it's the same video. I am promoting a certain product, and when people search YouTube for keyword "X," the top 3 results are all mine. Just make sure all the text isn't the same. As noted above, use Windows MovieMaker to capture images--and make a slide-show. Pacing must be fast, or you will lose people's interest. You also need to add audio. MovieMaker is buggy...transition into a "real" video editing program as soon as you are comfortable (I have Vegas, too). Above all: have a URL everywhere for people to go to either during or after the video. Otherwise, it's a dead-end for you.
