You need to make sure that the ads are distinctly seperate from other media used on your site. You can use YouTube with Adsense but not in the way that you displayed above. Firstly the video is clearly related to the ads that are displayed next to it. This is not allowed under Adsense rules. Secondly, the video looks like it is continuous with the ads next to it. There is no clear seperation between the two. This is not allowed under Google Adsense rules. My best advice for you would be to read Google Adsense Terms of Service (ToS), so that you don't break them by mistake and get yourself banned.
