i would suggest consider creating a blog on your own hosting. its way too easy to setup and you will have all the liberty to do whatever you want. i can help you if you want in setting up.

as much as i know it is ok to put video links to your blogspot blog, and having your own blog site might give you more control but why bother if someone prefers a free service
