    Hey Guys,

    So what is the best way off getting youtube videos to pull up organically for google search???

    I have seen some competitors with videos on the organic listings and would love to be there myself!

    Please let me know ASAP!

    if your video is great users will like it, share it with their friends, giving you viral power... tags count, but is more about the video itself! create a channel and do weekly uploads on a certain niche if you want people to start watching your videos and ask for more!

    If people is linking your video they will share it other which will increase its position in SERP.

    For getting organic traffic to your videos you have to optimize it for high rankings, some tips for video optimization,
    - Add a crispy title to your video
    - Title optimization
    - Add a keyword rich synopsis and description
    - Its good to add keyword rich transcription
    - Allow people to share your video and encourage people to comment upon it
    - Add a video Sitemap, this helps your videos to appear in search results and redirects the user to your website for full playback
    - Use podcasting for distributing it

    Google gives priority to youtube videos @ the top of the list - but generally you need to have a "Video" or "Trailer" or video-related word in your query, unless you've gotten over 10K views.

    We've had huge success using YouTube Videos for the car business. After we upload a video (and it renders), we:

    1) Add zip code ( we do local SEO)
    2) Select the best thumbnail (YouTube Gives us 3 choices - We always try to use a face)
    3) Embed Video On Blog

    Obviously you need to properly tag like everyone else suggested above.
