I own a holiday destination site and recently found several videos on youtube for the Island that my site covers.

These videos have embed code available on youtube but are videos from major UK holiday companies.

Can I embed them on pages on my site?? Is it legal to do this?

It depends on who uploaded the videos. If they were uploaded by someone without permission, they cannot grant usage permission. If the copyright holder uploaded them and they allow for embedding, then you should be ok.
