I own this site that displays 2 youtube videos. As to date, the 1 video received 2,824,781 views and the other youtube video received 190,777 views.

Now, I got an email today stating that I need to remove those 2 youtube video because of copyright infringement. In both videos, the authors name is mention. I have always been told that if the authors name is credited, then it is alright to you use the material.

    So, what should I do?

    Thanks,
    Adam

Giving credit does not give you permission to use something that isn't yours. You need to have express permission to use anything that isn't yours. It isn't clear whether you uploaded the videos to youtube, or you are just embedding them, but in any case you need to remove the videos as you are committing copyright infringement (assuming the notice was from the owner of the videos).

if someone has posted his video to youtube, then it is suitable to get his permission before putting to your websites. Normally every one will give you permission for this. Try to contact
