    Hi,

    Can anyone tell me how to make the free video for youtube. I want to upload some photos and background sound , and some photo effects, then upload this on youtube. can anyone tell me about this.

    The OP asked for free software. Last time I looked, Pinnacle is not free.

    OP - if you have windows XP or Vista, look up Windows Movie Maker. Its a FREE video editing software that is included with XP and Vista.

    If you have a point and shoot digital camera, film the video, import the video clips into your computer, edit with windows movie maker and upload to youtube.

    create a powerpoint for that images and then convert that powerpoint to videofile file. try searching for PPT2DVD. this program will convert it to video file.

    windows works for me (because I have a windows pc), but my Mac friends tell me the free mac software for videos is a lot better.

    I have had success with Windows Movie Maker also. The positive is that it is easy to use and free, but the negative is that you are limited with the sound track.

    I recommend Camtasia too. It's much easier to use for adding things to a video than a full-blown video editor is.

    If you’re a Windows User, I’d suggest Movie Maker. (Programs-Accessories-Entertainment-Windows Movie Maker).

    This has all the tools you need to make a decent Photo Slide Show w/Music.

    Just add your photos, transitions, and audio - it's easy.

    Some folks get into trouble because they try to upload PROJECT files to YouTube from Movie Maker.

    So don’t forget, if you go this route you have to save your final file as .avi or .wmv.

    After that, simply upload the video file to YouTube.

    Free? Then your best bet is windows movie maker
    I personally use Pinnacle and Vegas

    Windows Movie Maker always helped me to create a video
    free tutorial:http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/moviemaker/getstarted/default.mspx

    but personally I use Pinnacle Studio for editing videos
