    So basically what I need is :

    1. person to search for the most viewed video on youtube for my selected niche
    2. download it, put watermark in it, put description, tags and reupload it back
    3. video marketing experience is a must (need to see previous work)
    4. have a ym and always on9 so it easy for me to communicate
    5. must have experience in youtube
