YouTube video on WordPress

Hello,

I need some flash plugin for wordpress that will allow me to embed YouTube videos into my pages.
I have tried some 'YouTube video plugins' which use a custom code to insert the YouTube video in the post but that's not what I am looking for, I need a plugin that will allow me to embed YouTube videos using the same link YouTube provides for each video, for example:

Try to disable the visual rich editor on wordpress under user > profile menu and paste the embed code from youtube.
