This technique happened to me, personally I think the quicker it's fixed the better.

I'm not sure if the technique still works. One person reported success, but proxies and multiple accounts really help.

 

You just flag three sexy videos in one persons account with multiple accounts (for them to loose their account and be banned), or like what happened to me all their videos, there's been a wave of this happening, it's only happening to videos and accounts with 1000s of plays, personally I don't like it.

 

I agree, it's a really dark technique and I don't use it. It is however not against my personal ethics to give out this information.

 

Why? use dishonest methods ...

I have had very good results using YouTube with call to action slides at the begining and end of the video pointing to my URL link in the discription area.
