Buying Youtube video downloader+uploader

Hi. I'm looking for someone to download -> watermark (or annotate) -> upload videos to YouTube.

These would just be short 2-3min videos from things such as movie trailers, video game trailers, etc. Please post here if you are interested and have done such a job before.

I'm looking to pay about $0.10 - $0.15 per video. Looking to have over 300 videos uploaded.
