Buying Youtube video creator

I was wondering if there were any good Youtube video creators out there. I have a site that I would like to create a youtube video for. The video would be like a commercial.
I want a good video too, not just a bunch of pictured on it. It needs sound also. Maybe a commentator.

Why not create them yourself? Video marketing is a very powerful way to

I don't really have time to make one right now. Have a lot of other stuff going on.

Budget just depends on what I get. There is no limit but has to be fair priced..

I just need a 2 minute video commercial for a few of my sites.
