youtube/video clone script

I want to start a website like youtube but with a nieche in mind and i need a script do do all the things i can do in youtube.

Easy to manage, easily edit html to add links, ads, latest updates etc.

Yeah i knew basic html and can use wordpress but i cant do programming and scripts yet.

These are terrible scripts. Seriously i want something as good as vimeo or dailymotion.
