YouTube Vevo How to get or pick up

    So whats vevo? And vevo is not available in my country, only in USA and Canada, so how to create vevo account if is possible or if I upload video and hit by 10 mil of views can I just get picked by vevo and get my own userVevo account or is there something third?

    I know whats vevo basically but I have never saw any ads on vevo channels, maybe because I'm from Europe? Also how to get picked by vevo?
