    Unfortunately true...but it will cause him inconvenience. By the way, anyone opening a new account with paypal has to have a brand new bank account (cant use existing account) so it will take a number of weeks.

    Oh, I forgot! If I don't get a response by tomorrow, I'm reporting the fraud to his local police deparmtent in his town - already got the chiefs email address. I'd love to see the look on his face, when he opens the door to the law, especially when they take his computer away. LOL!
