Yeah, it's that whole bystander problem. Like that guy who was beaten nearly to death at a fast food restaurant for saying something to a woman who cut in line. Everyone else just stood there while this guy beat the crap out of him. It's kind of sad, but it's actually a part of a huge study which is finding Americans to be the least likely to help someone out.
Yeah, I agree it's not YouTube's fault. In fact they have already mentioned clearly that they will give cooperation to the authorities to track down this perpetrator. It's sad to hear this kind of things.
This is absolutely disgusting, just reading the story makes me sick to my stomach. I can't even imagine what that poor woman went through. I really hope these fu**kers are charged and have their nuts cut off to boot. What a sick world we live in.

It is easy to blame the system, rather than to point the finger at those who misuse it. If tomorrow a similar video is posted on DP, would you want DP mods/admins to approve each and every post?

Sad.. Some guy i know posted a video of himself waxing his balls on youtube, it didnt get deleted for a few weeks
