Buying Youtube to MP3 Site

    Hey,

    I need a youtube-to-mp3 site that works like this:

    Homepage: input URL(s)- up to 10, then click "convert"- this will then bring them to the download page where it will have an AJAX downloader that will show the progress of each download
    *If more than 4 downloads, they will need to "like" or "tweet" about us
    *If more than 8 downloads they will need to fill out an offer (Content locker)

    That's it...
    If you know anything about .Tor as well, it may help me pick you. Looking to use an anonymity provider so YouTube won't block our site.
