I am selling a website that I built a while ago but have never promoted or used any SEO techniques, only a share button.

The domain name has MASSIVE potential..

"Convert From Youtube To MP3" has 3,350,000 global monthly searches a month.

Only a little bit of SEO should get ConvertFromYoutubeToMP3.com to the top for the search term "Convert From Youtube To MP3".

The script I used cost just over $60 and I modified it to delete converted files after 12 hours, this saves server space and can be changed to any time using a cronjob. If you have a lot of server space, each converted file can be used as auto content for your site because all downloaded files are stored on your server, until deleted by the cronjob.

The script I used is no longer available from the website I purchased it from, so with the changes I made, you have something a bit unique!

Add your affiliate banners to the website, Adsense or sell the spaces, when you get the domain to the top for its keywords, 3,350,000 searches a month would generate a LOT of revenue!

Purchase the website and domain name from me and I will give you total access to the Plesk control panel, you can then download the website and install it onto your own server. I also have the original script in a zip file, should you want to start from scratch.

Are you sure you are putting the Youtube URL in, ie, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Daj7xB5aVQ4&feature=fvhr I just took from the homepage of Youtube and converted to this here http://convertfromyoutubetomp3.com/link.php/Daj7xB5aVQ4 just a random example, working fine here.

Can you post the URLs that you are having trouble with because I can not replicate it at all.

I see you are being careful and I appreciate that so that is why I think you will not mind answering this question.

I have noticed that websites using a script that works the same as yours have all stopped doing that claiming they were forced to do so.

Even you said that the script in no longer available from where you purchased yours.

Can you guarantee that the buyer of your script will not be shut down by the big G in a few weeks?

Maybe the buyer can hold back payment for 45 days in order to see if the site gets shut down rather than you holding onto the site after payment is made.

I would love to have the script... don't care about the site but I can't see a way to make this happen.

I cant guarantee that it will be shut down or not, it is the first I have heard about sites being shut down of this type. If it is the case then it is Google getting away with murder once again, telling little companies that they cant do something that Google are allowed to do. The only problem I can see is hosting the files on your server, this is certainly against copyright, but then again, who is hosting the copyrighted files in the first place....Google on Youtube! So if a file is not allowed on your server, how can it be allowed on Googles server? It is once again Google using their monopoly and lawyers etc to crush the small businesses.

Thank you for informing me but I am not prepared to give away a website to be scammed later on by a Paypal dispute. Escrow charges 1% of the sale, I work on 50 / 50 costs when I sell a site and maybe it wont be a small sale, even if it is, the 1% at 50 / 50 is not going to be a problem.

I will never be scammed again, happened too many times, sorry. Thank you for the warning, but this site at your own risk, use it on your own server or localhost if you wish, but I am selling it and not giving it away for free!

Agree but do you realize that most Escrow services have a $25.00 minimum charge

 

No I didnt know that, but thats up to the buyer, if they want to go 50 / 50 with it, if not, they can buy something else, anyway, the auction has ended so I am going to list it somewhere else, if not, I will just keep it and use it for my own advertising network and build up the Facebook app.

 

Or I might not risk it, any offers for the script and the domain name?
