as a general rule on things like this: if you don't know yourself when you go to set up the site, you won't know yourself how to maintain it either. It's like buying a car, wanting to drive it and asking how you turn it on. You have a LOT of learning to do before you can make your site anything near profitable.

what problem, did you encountered, lol. and clone site, is not original as youtube site, instead, use clip share for free.
Which script did u buy. Something like vShare. You will need a special host for your script. A normal mysql database will not do it. Usually you will need "ffmpeg Hosting" For example: http://www.hostonnet.com Most providers; godaddy, omnis etc. don't support ffmpeg. FFmpeg hosting costs about the same as a normal host
