youtube site programing question

i am developing video uploading and play functionality just like You Tube for my project................ can you help me which player i user for site?


should be run all this file

i have windows web server.. we using ASP.net..i am developing site like you tube..so need to develop functionality like user upload the video and play it..so what you think i have to convert all file which people uploading in my site? how can i encode all extension to FLV?

 

can Anyone give the sample clip of ".MKV" and ".MOV" ?
