Guys, I hear that youtube videos can appear high in the SERPS.... E.g. If you have a video and it is tagged correctly and gets a lot of views, it will climb through the results, is this correct? I assume youtube videos avoid the sandbox? I heard that only the top 5 links of your youtube video are counted...Again is this correct?
am not sure of the five links , but i have seen and experienced some videos on youtube ranking high in the search engines.... ,but competiont really matters in the niche you are targeting ... if the competition is not much you can rank in minutes
Well, for general themes and competitive terms the Youtube might not be that helpful but for the industry specific niches and exclusive web data, like companies profiles, the videos have been doing great, not for SEO but for sending visitors and traffic.
