You are not comparing apples to apples, youtube is a video sharing site whereas myspace is a social networking site. Hard to compare two different things.
I use MySpace to stalk chicks. I use YouTube to watch videos. I 'prefere' neither. PREFER (there ain't no e on the end)
Ofcourse, if you mix the two together, you get MyTube, a redirector of FreeTube - a weird orgy of MySpace & YouTube put together. Actually, in terms of being a member, I don't like either of them. But, YouTube wins, because YouTube has videos to watch, whilst MySpace has blogs, which are usually less interesting.
I quite like myspace, all my friends use it so it's quite useful for me. Also with the new myspace iPhone app it's even better, I can access it from anywhere
Two totally different things aren't they? With YouTube you get to upload your videos, and certainly you are able to make your own little space there, but after that, all you get to do is upload video. With MySpace you get the social networking aspect and the features that go along with it.

Youtube! I think myspace is a place for all sissies alike,but youtube is like the place of awesome videos,mostly boring but you can still find awesome vidoes!
Remember Myspace has the feature of videos on it, and YouTube you have your own profile and you can add friends make comments and everything else. So there not actually that different... Except users on YouTube can add html to there profile, which is a downfall... But YouTube is by far the best
