Youtube Music Issue

    I am wondering why there are full videos of songs on youtube, when I thought only 30 second of a song could be played online for free???

    Fair enough if the song is uploaded by the company or whatever, but there are many full songs on youtube from people without permission, now how is this legal? why arnt youtube getting rid of them>...?

    Anything posted on YouTube has to be "owned" by the user but if YouTube thinks the video will be popular they usually either let it slide or just put ads on your video instead.

    there are some artist or company that send a infringement to google and they stop it but as long as there is no report on other vids its still going to be live..
