It's not very good marketing if you are just stealing other peoples videos. Why don't you make some of your own?
Maybe contact a youtube publisher (someone that post a lot of videos on youtube) and talk to them. Start by looking for videos in the nitch you want. Some youtube publishers might be willing to trade services? I am a youtube publisher. As of today I have around 288 videos on youtube, with more ready to edit and upload. What kind of content and videos are you looking for? My videos are my original productions and my property. I do not use copyrighted material that belongs to someone else. That way my videos do not get removed. you would be asking for trouble. Ask the owner of the video first. Get something in an email giving you permission to republish the video. Who is to say that person did not "borrow" the video from someone else? Personally, I like making my own videos. That way I do not have to worry about the questions you are asking. I just make the video, upload it, and dont worry about anything else.
