Hi, When you try and market a website via videos on youtube, and you try and get shitloads of views, is buying views against the rules??? Thanks in advance.. Simon
You can buy anything. I use youtube a lot and pretty much it is hit or miss for traffic. That's why I have a fast system for getting videos uploaded.
YouTube has tons of traffic and it is also the fastest way to get free traffic. Its really amazing and entertaining site
Yes, but I'm going to upload some videos and they will need a boost to get on the 'Most Viewed' lists. Will I get banned for buying traffic to my video? I know you can buy views because I've seen tens of services that do it. I know all about YouTube, I know it's big. That's not what I'm asking though, I already have my whole plan ready to put into action...
Yeah I agree youtube.com is very powerful worldwide so if you know how to earn money on youtube go for it. Good Luck
It depends where the traffic that you buy is coming from. If it is bots or something...I don't know for sure if that's why you get banned - but I've seen a number of videos banned that had unusually high traffic. So that is a conclusion I am making but I can't say for sure. Also, what is really the point of buying traffic for a video? Are you making the video to get people to your site? Is that site selling something? The traffic you buy isn't going to convert - so IMO you are wasting your time and money in the wrong place. Make a compellling video, email it to everyone you've ever met and ask them to forward it to everyone they've ever met - and you'll get better traffic that way for free.
Buying views is one thing, but driving traffic is another. There are some videos with X Million views and little traffic to the website link. Do a small test first and be sure to report back.
i dont think they are ment for marketing purposes but still yes lot of peoples get some nice traffic from them . so you can try
Post 6, 7 and 10: please stop bumping up your post count on my thread... Burano, nope, I'm not selling anything, just doing a couple of tests, which I'm keeping private for the moment Thanks for the advice though, if I do ever want to sell something I'll give it a shot. Mudanoman, as I said above, it's a test I'm doing, and I'll report back for everyone to see
Has anyone ever made any real money with youtube marketing I think it would be good for brand awareness but not for turning a profit?
