Youtube is F***

In the last three month youtube has removed 7 of my vids because of other people claiming copyright, I went to one guys site who claimed copyright, it was still under construction, WTF so anyone can just claim other peoples vids and you're the one who has to defend it belongs to you.

F**k it I ain't loading shit on there anymore whats the bleeding point.

 

its a natural thing... if guys come with copyright claim the video will be removed by youtube

 

I don't really know anything about YT copyright claiming process but I wouldnt think the fact that a site is live or not would have anything to do with it.. Did you film these vids yourself?

 

So lets go around and just start claiming copy right , cause apparently you don't need to prove it, once a claimed is made its the other guys who has to prove it's his and original.

Have you seen the hassle you must go through to state your claim.

 

Do you think people who are uploading vids from American Idol filmed them their self

 

Of course not, but Im sure they don't "WTF" over copyright issues when "their" vid get taken down.. Just because copyright isnt always enforced doesnt mean its Ok for them to post stuff they don't own..
