Watch other business videos on youtube and see how they do it. Stick to very popular and high-rated business videos so you can follow examples that are actually drawing people to watch.
So many psoters have said you need to make a good video - anyone want to comment on HOW to make a good video( what cam equipment do you use? software editing?) or what content/approach is catchy? Some guidance for the rest of us who are new to this would be fantastic!
I don't believe or find this to be true. Look at the standards on You Tube. It would depend on your market and how to build a rapport with them. With that said you should hit the basics to get a clear message accross (they can hear you and see you). I personally use a Flip Camera and AVS4You or Movie Maker to edit.
The biggest hurdle in youtube is creating a good video. Since you are an artist, you have a natural flavor and inclination to creating a good video. Youtube is very effective, just need a bit of patience.
Yap, I agree. YouTube can drive traffic to your site because I have the same experienced when I promoted my new forex website via youtube.
As long as you do not make the content available on youtube as the original uploader, you are free to do as you wish with the embedding. Youtube is responsible any content they host.
I have read many posts in this thread regarding the quality of videos, but we need to keep in mind that you also need MANY other people to help turn your video viral. Even the most well-produced video will never be seen without a ton of help. Think about it! 10 hours uploaded per minute- and you will never see 99% of them.
