The design is not bad but I think you should change the color of the adsense ad to make it match the theme of your site, and I think you should get a logo.
The idea is cool.. But the webpage link is easy to track the youtube video.. For example : "http://www.veeen.com/video/2MayJG5Bwdc/Sheet-gauge.html" is the url and this is the id "2MayJG5Bwdc".. So any one can run a macro and get alll the urls and extract only the required ones and create a new website with the help of yourss.... Try creation some randon number as url and link it in your database.. SO that no one in this earth can hack your website...
The header is messed up in IE, Also, Seems to be lacking content, I cant realy tell what the reason for the site is.
