Here is what i got right now, when i tried to watch a music video by some artist: This video is not available in your country. I know that on sites like MTV, they limit videos to be viewable only in 1st tier countries, not to waste bandwidth, but on youtube? Do some publishers like universalmusicgroup pays money to submit their videos? NOT. Why some idiots limit the videos only to 1st and 2nd tier countries? Makes no sense, because your video gets famous with more views. I'm really mad about YouTube and google for this, they gone commercial with this crap like disallowing some videos for 3rd tier countries.
Metacafe is good that it tries to get some money for the broadcasters, just ordinary guys, would be cool if youtube would try to do this, atleast give one spot of adsense on your videos.
I haven't seen that error on Youtube yet but I do get very mad when I come across errors like that on other sites. I'd hate not being able to watch videos because I'm not living in the US.
very strange how google is controlled by various governments. This kind of thing drives people to websites that promote piracy, then they use such sites for more then just the video that was blocked from their view... essentially they are defeating the point.
