I've started producing videos for my site! I know it might not be a new idea, but I hope to do pretty good with it by having my web address at the start of the movie. Also it makes for nice content on my site. Check it out: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aN7OAN4d1HA
We have tried it. But the result is not good as we expect. Maybe there is some secret we don't know ?
You need to advertise more guys. There's no secret in this business, you just need to have the right person to do the job for you.
sorry if this a bit off topic...but does anyone know any good free video editing software for youtube vids? also, I think youtube is ok, but try metacafe also because they pay you per views too.
Youtube isn't a one time wonder, you need to persist and build up a large library of videos, here are some tips : Stick to one niche. Upload 4-5 videos at one time / each time. Use similar keywords and titles for each video. Choose a popular niche. Use the google keyword tool to find particular niches - that have a high search volume and low competition within Google. You want a popular topic that is highly searched, as Google and Yahoo will provide a lot of traffic from search engines, not all traffic is from Youtube. Use Digg, StumbleUpon, Propeller / Netscape, video tagging and bookmarking websites - you want to gather a lot of links to the video and quickly - this will ensure natural traffic from the search engines - aswell as from these sites.
