As YouTube is a search engine, I am posting this query here as I cannot see a separate section for YouTube. Anyway my query is this:- 1. I have found a very good downloader/uploader for You Tube videos. This enables me to download a suitable video which is related to my product/service. I then upload it again as a new MP4 file and give it a new title. description and add my own tags etc etc. 2. I have seen on some of the forums that this is against Youtube conditions. But about 50% of the respondents said that it was perfectly OK! So, my question is : Is this legal or not according to Youtube and will I get my account banned? Thanks, Rob
