Youtube Downloader/Uploader

    I'm looking for a program to be built that can download and upload videos to youtube. It's slightly different than any current version online. If anyone can take on this task please PM me. If you're trusted I'll pay you up front. I'll PM specifications about the project. It can be built in any way you'd like including as a Firefox addon. Thanks
