What is the best way to make youtube video download faster to the server?

atm it starts @ 3mbps +- for a few seconds and then speed drops to 60kbps , it`s like you are watcing a video on youtube , it loads the first 30 secs and then load it slower.

Do you have any suggestion on this issue?

In www.video2mp3.net it downloads the video very fast , can`t figure out the way.
