YouTube copy right Issue for the Same Shared video?

    Song -paridhabangal this the Video URL, but main source of this video is from Madras Central Channel, when i share the same video with the their logo and Disclaimer, I’m getting the copyright issue. I found the same video shared by many but only im getting the copyright problem. please advice.

    In my opinion, it is not possible to make a copy of YouTube. YouTube has a huge target audience, which it is very difficult to assemble for any new service.

    Youtube may have such policy that no one could simply copy a video on his channel. They're all the property of publisher. That's why it happens.
