Hello, In the near future I'll need hosting for a youtube clone. The server requirements are: Apache version 1.3.37 PHP version 4.4.4 MySQL version 4.2 Also REQUIRES FFmpeg FFmpeg-PHP Mplayer + Mencoder flv2tool LAME MP3 Encoder Libogg + Libvorbis And of course ALOT of DISKSPACE and BANDWIDTH. I would buy a dedicated server or vps, but I want to start small. Budget: My absolute maximum is 20$/ month for a non dedicated/vps. So far I've found a trusted place where I can get 10GB DiskSpace and 100GB Bandwidth for 10$/Month...but I'll probably need more Hope to see some quotes!
you can try surpasshosting.com. they offer more then what you're getting now for less. I think it's like $6.00 a month or something.
i have them all i used this script before and installed them all for this script and later i did not launched that site so how much are your requirements i can get you hosted on one of our server.pm me if you are interested
I'm currently hosting my other sites with dreamhost, but, I don't think that they have the needed software for the conversion of movie files.
