Hire an individual that is well experienced in creating videos in which is creative, new, and interesting to drive more viewers and subscribers.

I think you should hire a freelancer guy to make videos for you, pay him per video he made. Then hire other guys to do SEO for those videos (drive traffic, get more subscribers, likes, comments,...)

Hiring someone would seem the best place to go. You can find people to hire at Upwork (formerly Elance) and Guru.com.

You can specify what you want and pick who you think is best for the job.

If you are starring yourself in the videos, I would recommend you to get in touch with other Youtube personalities within your niche, so you can co-operate. It can increase the popularity. If you have not already noticed it, several famous Youtube personalities have done it. For example, pranksters co-operate with each other.

Well why to hire someone when you can learn how to be an expert of yourself .Put the efort and learn as much as you can .Instead of paying other people you can invest in backlinks views etc

Yes, you can do all your work, but it will take you a lot of time and effort to do. Moreover, you can not do better than expert guys that they already have many experiences. IMO

It depends on how much time you have. If you have limited time and want to focus on increasing the sales, you should outsource the work to experts. If you however have much time and enthusiasm you should at least try to learn the basics. It should be mentioned that the experts were also beginners once upon a time and their experiences were limited. Also, having some knowledge, will put you on the same level as the people you hire. Which will be beneficial when you give them the work description and discuss the payment for the work etc.

I've usually find a YouTube channel 'works' when the content is there that people want to see. Simple but sometimes difficult to do.

    What is your niche?
I suggest you to do it yourself. Be active on different social networking sites like Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus etc. Share your videos on those social networking sites. Also interact with your subscriber. You may also try to upload your video on Reddit. It can help you to get good amount of views.

You can find a best freelancer or expert in cheap price. In this forum also you can find someone.
It would be great if you share the job description like what is the work, scope of work and any timelines to work on it etc., will give more scope before take up the project.

My advice (as a probably slightly more experienced gamer on youtube) is to find your area and post videos you truly enjoy making. I know it can be frustrating to spend hours and hours on a project that only 100 people will watch, but if you're consistent and your videos are great, it will snowball eventually, guaranteed. I know it did for me, so if it worked for me (the basic princple), it will definitely work for you too. It's all about video quality.

Also, don't forget to network with other active youtubers of similar size. Post comments on their videos (never spam) and tell them what you think of them, honestly. You will develop a network of friends and things will move forward, again, guaranteed.
