Youtube cards by someone else

    Hello,

    I recently discovered a very interesting situation on Youtube.
    This video (link below) has a card on the up right corner. It says:
    "Suggested by HYBE" and if you click on it, it takes us to an absolutely different channel's video.
    Does it mean that anyone can place a card on someone else's video and direct the viewers to wherever he wants to?

    I don't think it is possible to place a card on someone else's video.

    Yes, it's happening.
    Please see the comments on this video. The bottom 5 are all complaining about it.



    And here is a real recent example. See the card on this video, Universal Music Group placed on it.
