They hardly remove videos unless they breach TOS because they are content whores.. What I mean is that they WANT you to upload anything and everything. The more you do on their site.. the more their site prospers cause you're using it.. then their search engine and search engine value becomes bigger and bigger. I don't think they care if you advertise. If your video is retarded no one will watch it and they'll keep getting traffic off your video... even if it isn't much.

It's effective I will say, put a small text caption in the corner to your site and it's amazing how fast videos travel between them going on MySpace profiles, forums, blogs, etc.

Very easy to accumulate 5 mil+ views with 30-40 videos, concentrate on niche traffic. Stick a 5-sec image of your site (or promo animation) in the beginning/end -- more branding!

If it does what it says on the tin then it's ok.If you're falsely tagging spammy videos to 'trick' people into visiting your site then you're a spammer. The best way round is to make the video first and then think about how to monetise it

Ive never heard of anyone getting banned....but hey, maybe, someday.

What are you wanting to promote?

If its ethical and legal, I cant see you having any probs. If not, then, most likely Google have got some team or filters to get rid of any unwantables!

I have just seen videos of Hot girls dancing and wearing logos on there chest. Thought that this was a very sneaky way of promoting there business.
